The majority of people who contact us and visit our website have never purchased a new car through the internet, mainly using their local car showrooms and “main dealers” for their purchase of their new cars, which makes people wary of entrusting one of their biggest purchases in their life to an internet based company. At Autofinders, we completely understand our customer’s needs and concerns on this issue. Our safe and secure purchasing policy consists of the following:

Secure credit card facilities
We can accept a deposit payment for your new car by secure credit card payment. Paying a deposit by credit card ensures your deposit is safe and secure, as your credit card company will protect this payment for you to ensure the payment is only used as your deposit on your new car.

Payment of balance on Delivery or collection
Which ever way you choose to take delivery of your new car, whether it is delivered to your home or work, or collected from our offices, we will not ask you to pay the balance of your new car until you have seen and inspected your new car. We believe this offers you complete piece of mind and all of our customers who purchase from us agree with us. We must point out that we are aware that companies similar to ours request payment prior to delivery of your new car. In our experience this means that that particular company does not have the funds to purchase your new car for you and having to use your own money to do so.

No hidden extras
All our prices are all inclusive. The prices you see advertised include: 3 years manufacturers warranty, 12 months road fund licence (tax) and government 1st registration fee. We do not charge any administration fees, arrangement fees or set up fees. We believe that companies who charge these fees are misleading people and are advertising false prices.
