This section of the website is for those customers who have ordered a vehicle from us. As part of our ongoing commitment to customer service, we offer all our customers a unique "on line" order tracking facility. This facility has been developed following feedback from previous customers, in order to ensure you are fully updated on your vehicles progress at all times.

When you place an order for a vehicle, you will be given your very own Login name and order number. This is unique to yourself and no one else can view this information, other than ourselves. This personal section of the website is updated as and when any information is recieved from the relevant manufacturer. This could be a factory build date, an estimated arrival date or even your vehicle registration number. In addition to this, as soon as the section is updated for you, you will recieve an e mail confirming an update, to the e mail address that you have provided us with. This, again following positive customer feedback, means that you will be informed of the progress of your car without having to go out of your way to call or e mail us.

To check on the status of your order, fill out the short form below with your login name and your order number - both of which were supplied with your order confirmation letter

Please note that the exact up to date information we have on your car will be on your own log on page. We receive regular updates from all our suppliers and immediately put any new information on your vehicle on your log in page. If there is no new information on your log in page then we have not received any further updates from our suppliers.
