Will I get the same warranty buying a new car from you as I would from my local main dealer?
Yes. All the vehicles we provide include a full 36 months UK manufacturer’s warranty and full manufacturer’s assistance package. Any warranty work or routine servicing can be undertaken at your local main dealership or any other in the UK or in Europe (EU).
What is included in your price? Do you charge any administration fees, set up fees or arrangement fees?
All prices listed on our Internet site include full manufacturers UK warranty, Manufacturers road side assistance package, 12 months road fund licence and government 1st registration fee. We do not add any arrangement fees, set up fees or administration fees. There are no Hidden costs to pay whatsoever.
Can the car be delivered to my home or office?
All our cars are priced for collection from our main offices. We can however offer you the opportunity to have the car delivered to your home or to your place of work. Please discuss this when enquiring about your new car.
Where do the cars come from? Are they imports or UK cars?
This is the most often asked question. All cars which are advertised and listed on our website are supplied by UK main dealers. They are exactly the same car as you would find in your local showroom.
I have never purchased a car over the internet, how does it work?
We make it as easy as possible for you to buy a new car from us. A bit too easy really! If you wish to purchase a new car, simply call or e-mail us and we will call you back. We then take the exact make, model and specification you want to order. After paying a small deposit, usually £500, we send you a receipt and confirmation to your address. This has a copy for you to keep and a copy to sign and send back to us in a pre paid envelope. Once the car is almost ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient handover date and time. We do not ask you to pay for your car until you have received and inspected it. Please see our secure payment procedure section for more information.
Is buying over the internet safe?
Buying over the Internet is as safe as buying from your main dealer. We operate a complete 100% secure purchasing system with secure credit card facilities and we don’t ask you to pay for your car until you have received and inspected your new car. Please see our secure payment section for confirmation of this. Your money will be 100% safe (Please note we are aware however, that some companies ask you to pay for your car before you have it. We strongly disagree with this policy and believe it puts you at risk. No matter how big a company, and how long they have been trading, any company can close overnight.)
When do I have to pay for my car
Whether you choose to have your car delivered to your home or office, or you collect your car from our offices, we do not ask you to pay for your car until you have seen and inspected your new car. This way you have 100% peace of mind and security. As previously stated, we are aware of other companies similar to ours asking for payment prior to delivery. This, we believe, puts you and your money at risk. Purchasing your new car from Autofinders is 100% safe and secure.
We gladly accept part exchange on all our discounted new cars. If you require a valuation, simply send or phone all the details through to us. We do not need to see your current car, just an accurate and honest description will do. We will aim to be able to supply you with a quotation within 1 hour (during working hours). We always recommend that selling your car privately would be more financially beneficial to you. We even offer you the opportunity to sell your car privately even after the deal has been agreed.
Will the car I buy off you be the same specification to the one I can buy from my local garage?
All the cars which we sell are UK Main dealer supplied. The cars are identical in every way to the car you have seen or can find in your local showroom. The specification is identical as they are the same cars. If you need to check the specification of a car you wish to order, the specification is exactly the same as illustrated and described in the manufacturers brochure or website. We can send full specification sheets on request.
Can I add any factory fitted options or accessories to my new car?
We offer you exactly the same purchasing options as your local dealer. This means you can personalise your new car and add any factory fitted options you wish. On certain models, these too can be discounted, saving you even more money on your new car.
Can I change or amend my order once I have placed my order with you?
In order to get the cars to our customers as quickly as possible, we do order the cars immediately the order is taken. Once an order is submitted to the factory, it is very rarely possible to amend the order. If you wish to request that you amend your order please telephone immediately to our customer services department.
